4 cups chow mein noodles
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)

jelly beans or other egg shaped candies

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl use hands to break noodles into smaller pieces.

Combine sugar and syrup in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until edges start to bubble. Add peanut butter and mix until smooth. Pour over noodles and toss to coat evenly.

Carefully test for temperature, then with slightly buttered hands form mixture into balls using approx 1/4 cup mixture per ball. Make indentation in center of each ball to resemble a birds nest. Place on waxed paper and allow to cool completely

Place candies into each nest.
