Instant Oatmeal Packets - 6 packets
1/2 cup (1 stick) Butter, melted
1/4 Cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup all purpose flour
2 Tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1/4 cup large chip semi-sweet chocolate chips (Optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugars, baking powder and baking soda until well mixed.
Slowly add flour until incorporated, then add oatmeal packets.
Add milk and vanilla.
Once dough is cool enough to handle with your hands, add eggs, and chocolate chips if desired.

preheat oven to 350ºF.

Add rounded tbsp mixture to greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 min.
Let cool completely.
