1 1/3 Cups water
1 Cup basmati rice
1/2 Cup coconut milk
1/2 Tsp. tumeric
1/4 Tsp. kosher salt
1 Cinnamon stick
1/4 Cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil
While the water heats, rinse rice well.
When water boils, stir in rice and all remaining ingredient.
Return to a boil.
Stir, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Take off heat and allow rice to rest for 10 minutes.
Add a lite coconut oil and remove the cinnamon stick, stir to fluffy and serve.

OPTION
Add a little toasted coconut or fried onion after removing cinnamon stick, then stir to fluff and serve.
