4 Pork Chops, 1/2" thick
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/3 Cup Flour
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tsp Worchestershire Sauce
2 Onions, sliced
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth or water
4 Dill Pickles

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour.
Heat oil in frying pan over med-high heat. Brown pork chops on both sides in oil.
Add worchestershire, onions and chicken broth.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes, flip and cook another 25 minutes or until chops are tender.
When chops are done place 1 pickle on each pork chop and simmer for 5 minutes more.
Serve.
