⅔ c. Warm milk.
3 T. Sugar. 1 Heaping T. Yeast

2½ c. Flour. 1 tsp. Salt
1½ tsp. Butter. 1 egg
Knead, set aside 1 hour. Knead and let sit 20 minutes. Knead and divide into 8 pieces, form buns let raise in greased and floured round pan. Bake at 300º for 20 minutes.
