1 head Cauliflower
1tsp oregano
1tsp garlic powder
1/4tsp. salt
1/4tsp. pepper
1 1/2tsp. olive oil
1c. parmesan cheese
2tsp. chives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. Cut cauliflower into 1/4' thick slices. Dump cauliflower into a gallon bag with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, & pepper. Line baking sheet with foil, slightly oil it. Dump mixture and spread out in a single layer. Roast 18-20 minutes, or until fork tender, stirring halfway through.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese and chives over baking sheet and roast 2-3 more minutes until cheese is melted.
