1 gal. soft vanilla ice cream
1 c. creme de menthe
1 c. creme de cacao
1 (8-oz.) ctn. Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the ice cream, creme de menthe and creme de cacao until well blended. Fold in the Cool Whip and freeze. This will keep for weeks int he freezer.

Darrel and I can go thru a whole batch by ourselves (darn holidays). I tried to give Melissa some but turned out she was pregnant with Ryan and had not shared the news yet. David bailed her out by saying it was too early in the day to be drinking.
