1 C Vegetable Oil
1 C Butter, room temp
1 C powder sugar
1 C sugar
4 flour

2 eggs
1 t. cream of tartar
1 t. baking soda
1 t vanilla
1/4 t salt

Directions:
mix 1st group, add 2nd group
form two rolls, cover and refrigerate 1 hour, sometimes i skip this and just bake.

form cookies and bake 10 min at 350.

frosting:1/2 c butter
4 C powder sugar
5 T milk
vanilla

OR

8 oz cream cheese
2 T butter
1/2 vanilla
1/2 t almond extract
2 C powder sugar
