Overnight French Toast Recipe

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 Tbsp white corn syrup
1 loaf French Bread
5 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Dash of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat brown sugar, butter and corn syrup until bubbly. Cut French bread into 1- inch slices. Set aside. Pour brown sugar, butter and corn syrup mixture into bottom of greased 9x13 baking dish. Nestle / squish slices of French bread on top of brown sugar mixture.
In a separate bowl, whisk or beat together the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and pour over bread, completely coating each slice. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve alone or with butter or fruit.
