1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/2 tea cinnamon
1 tea baking powder
1/4 tea baking soda
1/4 tea salt
3/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cups raisins
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
cream margarine and sugar
beat in egg
add sifted dry ingredients alternately with applesauce
stir in raisins, oats and nuts.
fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. bake at 350F for 25-30 mins
