1 large egg
1 tsp lemon juice
Dry:
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3Tbsp toasted wheat germ (optional)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp dark brown sugar
4 Tbsp nonfat dry milk
1 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp gluten
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Cook on sweet bread. (8)
Add:
3 Tbsp dark raisins
3 Tbsp golden raisins
1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
