3 cups Bread Flour
¾ tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 ½ Tbsp. Dry Milk
1 ½ Tbsp. Butter
1 ½ tsp. Yeast

Place all ingredients in bread pan in order given, bake in bread machine.

Variation: Raisin Bread - Sprinkle in raisins while bread is kneading (usually approx. 25 minutes after starting machine)
