8 oz. cream cheese
Cooking spray
8 slices bacon
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
2 20 oz. pkg refrigerated homestyle sliced potatoes
1 c. frozen green peas
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cut cream cheese into chunks and place in a large bowl to soften.

Coat a 13"x9" baking dish with cooking spray.

Cook bacon following package instructions. Crumble bacon into bite-size pieces.

Stir broth and sour cream into cream cheese. Gently stir in potatoes, bacon, peas and 1 3/4 cups of cheese. Transfer to baking dish and cover. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Remove cover and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of cheese. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
