Oriental Pork Roast Recipe

1T. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. orange juice or dry sherry (can use 1/4 c. each instead)
1/4 c. lemon joice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. ketchup
5 to 7 lb. pork loin roast

Directions:
Use a brown n' bag. Put flour in bag and shake around. Add pork roast to the bag. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over the roast. Marinate for several hours or overnight. When ready to bake, cut 6 slits in the top of the bag.

Bake at 350º for 2.5 to 3 hours. Adjust time based on size of roast.

Sauce can be thickened with flour and water, if desired.

Serve over rice with sauce.
