3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 t. vanilla

Topping:
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all caserole ingredients together, excluding the topping ingredients. Pour into a large buttered casserole.

Topping:
Mix tether all topping ingredients and crumble over potato mixture.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

This is a recipe that Rick's mom, Marilyn Neathammer, used. It is very similar to what Mom made but with a little less sugar.
