1 medium cabbage, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
2-4 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and diced
Small jar of nacho Jalapeños juice (in jar)
White Vinegar
Orange Juice
Red Wine Vinegar
Lime Juice
Carne Asada Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all veggies for salsa in a large bowl.
For the liquid, add vinegar about ¼ of the way up, then add about ¼ cup or so of lime juice.
Splash of OJ, ⅓ cup.
Splash of red wine vinegar, the juice form the jar of jalapeños.
Sprinkle with carne asada seasoning.
All ingredients are to taste for the liquid.
As it sits, the juices will soak up.
Add more cabbage and onions and keep refreshing and serve with chips.
