For the wonton cups:
24 wonton wrappers
4 tbsp. (57g) butter, melted

Filling Ingredients:
8oz (227g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup (113g) sour cream
4oz can (or 1–2 fresh) jalapenos diced, or to taste
3 tablespoons green onions, sliced
½ cup (57g) cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup (57g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup (28g) crumbled bacon, about 3-4 slices
Salt and pepper to taste

For topping:
½ cup (57g) cheddar cheese, shredded

To garnish:
Crumbled bacon, sliced green onions

Preheat oven to 350°
Brush the wonton wrappers on both sides with melted butter.
Press into muffin pans.
Bake until slightly golden, about 6-8 minutes.
Mix the filling ingredients and spoon evenly into the baked wonton cups.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake until the cheese is melted, and the wonton cups are golden brown, about 12 minutes.
Garnish with crumbled bacon and sliced green onion.
Remove from muffin pan and serve.
