12 oz. bag fresh cranberries
½ c. green onions, chopped
1 jalapeno, stem removed (if you like heat, add two)
1 bunch cilantro
1 tsp. cumin
1 c. sugar
Juice of one lime (about ¼ c.)
8 oz. block cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor (or by hand) coarsely chop first four ingredients. Add cumin, sugar, and lime juice. Pulse to desired consistency. Spread the cranberry salsa over the cream cheese when ready to serve. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
