Ingredients:  
1 can water packed artichokes (quartered), not marinated
1 can diced green chilies (4 Oz.)
1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dice artichokes and mix with chilies, mayo, and parmesan cheese.
Spread in an oven safe dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until the top is lightly browned.
Serve hot with Ritz Crackers.
