DOUGH
1. ¾ cup Milk
2. ½ cup Sugar
3. 1 ¼ tsp Salt
4. ½ cup (1 stick) Margarine
5. 5½ to 6½ cups Unsifted Flour
6. ⅓ cup Warm Water (105-115º)
7. 2 packages Yeast
8. 3 Eggs (room temperature)
9. 6 Tbsp Softened Margarine
10. ½ cup Firmly Packed Dark Brown Sugar

TOPPING
1. 1 cup Coarsely Chopped Pecans
2. 1½ cup Firmly Packed Dark Brown Sugar
3. ¾ cup Maple Syrup
4. 6 Tbsp margarine

1. Scald milk; stir in sugar, salt and ½ cup margarine. Cool to lukewarm.
2. Put warm water in warm bowl, then sprinkle in yeast and stir until dissolved.
3. Add lukewarm milk mixture, eggs, and 3 cups of flour. Beat until smooth.
4. Stir in additional flour to make dough stiff.
5. Turn out onto lightly floured board, knead until smooth and elastic - about 8-10 minutes.
6. Place dough into greased bowl and cover. Let rise in warm place until it doubles in size (about 1 hour).
7. Sprinkle pecans into 3 ungreased 8" cake pans.
8. Combine remaining topping ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly cook for 3 minutes. Then pour over pecans in cake pans.
9. Punch dough down and divide into 3 equal pieces.
10. Roll out each into 9"x7" rectangle. Spread each with 2 Tbsp a softened margarine and 1/3 of remaining brown sugar.
11. Roll up each from long side; seal edges. Cut into 1" slices and place into prepared cake pans.
12. Cover and let rise in warm place until they double in size (about 45 minutes).
13. Bake at 400º F about 25 minutes.
14. Invert rolls onto plates to cool.
