Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3/4 C. butter, melted
3/4 C. brown sugar, packed
1/2 C. light corn syrup
2 T. ground cinnamon
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 C. warm water (105º to 115º)
3/4 C. buttermilk (scalded)
1/4 C. butter
1 T. butter
2 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
3 to 3 1/2 C. all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Spread 1 cup mixture evenly in a 13x9-inch baking pan. Set prepared pan aside. Dissolve yeast in warm water; set aside. Combine next 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl; stir until butter melts. Cool to 105º to 115º. Add yeast mixture and egg; stir ini 1 1/2 cups flour. Beat on medium speed of electric mixer 2 1/2 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn dough out into a lightly floured surface; roll into a 16x8-inch rectangle. Spread remaining cinnamon mixture over rectangle. Roll up jellyroll fashion beginning with the long side. Cut roll into 3/4 inch slices, and place slices, cut side down, in prepared baking pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85º), free from drafts, about 45 minutes or until doubled in bulk. Bake at 375º for 20 to 25 minutes. Invert pan on serving plate; serve warm. Yield about 16 rolls.

Personal Notes:
The warm fragrance and the flavor of cinnamon, what's not to like about these rolls? This is a great breakfast treat!
