4 cups mashed potatoes
1/3 cup shortening
1/2 cup cream
1 tablespoon sugar
2.5 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put mashed potatoes in large bowl, add cream, shortening, sugar, and salt

Beat until light and cool. Add flour and mixed well. Take small amount roll out dough very thin. Bake an ungreased grill until light brown turn and use moderate to high heat. When bait put between damp cloth to prevent drying out. Keep refrigerated.
