2 1/2 C. flour
1 1/2 C. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 C. buttermilk
2 eggs
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1/2 C. honey
1/2 (11 oz.) box bran cereal with raisins

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 400º for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 35 to 40 muffins.
