3 very ripe bananas
½ cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 ½ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ cup Crisco oil
1 tsp sale
1 tsp vanilla or rum
½ cup walnuts (or other nuts)(optional)
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas, add oil, sugar, salt then beat until well blended
Add egg, vanilla, then beat again, sift flour, soda, b. Powder together, pour over banana mixture, stir in chips stir to moisten
Put in buttered muffin tins (or use paper liners)
Sprinkle nuts on top,
Bake 350 – 20 minutes
