1 cup softened margarine
1½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp salt
Frosting:
½ cup margarine
4 cups icing sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Mix well. Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Drop by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º 8-9 minutes.
Frosting. Mix together all the frosting ingredients. Mix well. Frost cookies when they are completely cooled.
