1 c mayo
1 c sour cream
1- 10 oz pkg frozen, chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
1 can drained, chopped water chestnuts
1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix
4 green onions, chopped
1 small jar chopped pimentos
Round loaf of rye or Hawaiian bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except loaf of bread and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Cut out the center of the loaf, leaving 1" or so of the bottom of the loaf. Cube the cut out portion into bite size pieces.
Put the spinach mixture in the hollowed out loaf and serve with the bread cubes for dipping.

This recipe came from Jane Hood. She made it for a few parties/get-togethers that I remember and she liked it enough to share it with me in the cookbook she put together for my wedding.
