6 pints sweet corn, cut off the cob
3 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and bring to a boil for 3 minutes in an open kettle. Cool, bag, and freeze. 1 batch equals 5 (2 C.) freezer bags. 3 bushels will equal approximately 40 bags.
