I package of frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
Cooked rice
Velveta cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix vegetables and rice together in a sprayed 9x13 pan.
Melt velveta cheese in microwave and pour over rice and vegetables

Bake in oven 350 till all heated through 15-20 min.
