2 C. Wesson vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt

Bagged slaw mix

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a jug and shake at least 60 seconds to dissolve sugar and mix ingredients. Keeps well in the refrigerator. It gets thicker as it sets in the refrigerator so you might want to set it out a bit before using. Shake well again. This recipe will make about 2/3 of a gallon.

When ready to serve slaw, pour cabbage mixture into a large bowl and pour the desired amount of dressing over. Toss well and serve.

Personal Notes:
This is a mixture that Mark's Uncle Jack uses whenever he caters his "Chicken Fries" in and around the Remington Indiana area. Everyone loves it!
