two tablespoons olive oil
two tablespoons butter
1 piece of prosciutto (¼” thick, so you can dice it)
1 jigger of vodka
8 oz heavy cream
1 small can of tomato paste
1 pound of penne

Directions:
Directions:
While pasta is cooking, heat a medium-sized pan with the oil and butter.

Sauté the diced prosciutto until brown.

Add the vodka and cook for a minute.

Then slowly add the heavy cream while stirring constantly (so it doesn’t curdle).

Add about ¾ of the can of tomato paste, still mixing and stirring until fully combined.

Drain pasta, put in pasta bowl and pour sauce over.

Mix well before serving and top with black pepper.
