2 Eggs
⅔ Cup Oil
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Lemon Rind
¾ Cup Sugar
2 Cup Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
½ Teaspoon Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven 375°
Mix and incorporate all ingredients
Roll dough into small ball
Place on ungreased baking sheet
Dip bottom of glass in oil and then in sugar and press down on each dough ball.
Bake for 8-10 mins until cookie golden.
