Directions

1. Start large pot of water on the stove to get boiling for the pasta.

2. Cook bacon in a large skillet on medium high until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside, add the chicken to the bacon grease and brown cooking all the way through. Remove the chicken from skillet and set aside also. Put your pasta into the water that should be boiling by now and cook according to package directions.

3. While the pasta is cooking add into the same skillet you cooked the chicken the chicken stock, heavy cream, parmesan cheese and all the seasoning and bring to a boil over medium heat while scrapping the bottom of the pan to incorporate all the ingredients. Now is a good time to taste to see if you need any additional seasoning.

4. Once boiling add the chicken back in along with any of the juices from the dish. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes or until thickens slightly.

5. Drain pasta and mix with sauce and chicken. Crumble the bacon you have set aside and sprinkle over top. Serve and enjoy!
