1 19oz can chickpeas drained (save brine for garlic sauce)
1/8 tsp of turmeric
2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp of cumin
2 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice
3/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of tahini

Directions:
Directions:
Add chickpeas to food processor grind for 30 seconds. Add turmeric, salt, cumin, garlic, and lemon juice. Mix for 30 seconds. Add tahini and start blending on high. While it blends, slowly add water. Blend until smooth.
