2 ounces instant coffee
3 cups sugar
3 cups water
1 large vanilla bean

3 dark 5ths bottles

Directions:
Directions:
Heat to boiling - water, sugar, and coffee. Mix until dissolved into syrup.

Cool.

Pour into bottles in equal amounts.

Divide vanilla bean into 3rds and put a third into each bottle.

Fill rest of bottles with your choice of vodka. (The good Russian vodka is my preference)

Seal and let sit for 1 or 2 months, then enjoy
