Ingredients:

3 cups sugar
3 cups water (filtered)
6 lemon peels cut very thin

3 wine size bottles

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 4 lemon peels with water and sugar until syrupy.

Let cool.

Divide/pour into 3 bottles.

Fill with vodka. (Your choice)

Add remaining 2 uncooked lemon peels to bottles.

Seal bottles tight and let sit for a month or so.

Note: I would strain the final product before drinking.

Also make an alcoholic ice tea or lemonade with this
