5 large eggs
1 tablespoon grated onion or onion powder
1/2 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated cheese
2-3 sheets puff pastry

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Grease a muffin pan.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs, heavy cream, grated onion, and season with salt and pepper using a fork until well-combined.
4. Cut and line each muffin hole with puff pastry.
5. Divide the chopped ham and 1/2 grated cheese into the muffin holes, then spoon in the egg mixture. Top with the rest of the cheese.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the quiches are golden and set.
