1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/3 cup cold water
1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg whites, sugar, salt, water and corn syrup in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water in double boiler and beat constantly with large double egg beater or electric beater at high speed until icing will stand in peaks (seven minutes). Remove from heat, blend in vanilla. Beat until right consistency to spread.
