1 c. Premium Plus crackers crushed
2 carrots grated
1 medium potato grated
1½ lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 heaping tsp. sage
Pepper to taste
⅓ c. ketchup
½ tbsp. mustard
3 shakes Worcestershire sauce
1 package Lipton's onion soup mix

¾ - 1 c. Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 385ºF
Mix all above ingredients (except cheese), if dry add milk.
Grease loaf pan with cooking spray
Add ½ mixture to loaf pan
Add layer of cheese
Add rest of mixture
Bake with tinfoil for 30 mins
Remove tinfoil
Bake another 30 mins
Test temperature with meat thermometer
