2 C flour
1/4 C sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 C Crisco
5+ Tbs. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the flour, sugar and the salt. Using a pastry cutter or two knives cut in the Crisco until it is fine crumbles. Starting with 5 Tbs. of cold water mix the dough together adding more water until you have a workable dough that does not break apart when rolled out.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll each part out between two pieces of parchment paper until about 1/8 inch thickness.
You may freeze this dough for later use if you want to make it ahead of time. Just thaw and put into the pie pan.

With the extra dough once you have made your pies you can roll it out and spread it with a generous portion of butter and sprinkle it heavily with cinnamon sugar. Roll the dough up into a log and slice into 1/2 pieces and bake with the pie until golden brown and eat.
