1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 cup praline liqueur
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons sugar
pralines

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vanilla ice cream and praline liqueur in a large bowl; stir well. Spoon mixture into a 13X9X2-inch pan, and freeze.

Beat whipping cream at the high speed of an electric mixer until foamy; gradually add sugar, beating until soft peaks form.

Using an ice cream scoop, spoon ice cream mixture into individual compotes. Sprinkle with crumbled pralines and top with sweetened whipped cream.
