1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. sugar

2 c. (12-oz.) pkg. Hershey's Mini Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Combine flour, soda, salt and add to creamed mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.

After the first 2 or 3 batches, you need to watch the time, as the cookies will cook faster.

Personal Notes:
I've been working for Dow around 20 years between Co-Op, Kelly & Dow. I'm currently with the TXO Turnarounds group.

These were one of my favorite cookies that my mom would make for us growing up.
