1 can/bottle or Spicy V-8 juice
1 small onion diced
1 can diced tomatoes
3 celery ribs- thin slices
1 pound hamburger- cooked and drained
1 can of light red beans- rinsed and drained
1 can of kidney beans - rinsed and drained
OR one can or Pork and beans

Put all the ingredients into a pot and simmer allowing the flavors to blend
