Cake:
20 oz crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp baking soda

Icing:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Cake:
Mix pineapple, flour, sugar and eggs. Add walnuts and baking soda. Pour into 9x13 prepared pan and bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Icing:
Mix all ingredients and pour over cake while hot.
