1 pint sour cream
1 lb ricotta cheese, room temperature
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 + 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp flour
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ricotta and cream cheese well. Blend in sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla, lemon juice, corn starch, flour and butter. Blend in sour cream. Pour into 10 in. buttered, spring form pan. Place in cold oven and set heat at 325º. Bake one hour. Do not open oven door. Turn off oven and leave in oven to cool for at least 2 hours. Serve plain or with flavored toppings.
