10 eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 + 1/2 cans of biscuits
1 roll of hot sausage
1/2 green pepper, cut into small pieces
6 ramps, cut into small pieces
3/4 cups of milk
Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 13x9 casserole dish. Press biscuits into dish to cover bottom. Brown sausage, pepper, and ramps in pan. Mix eggs, cheese and milk in separate bowl. Add sausage mixture to egg mixture. Pour over biscuits, baked uncovered at 350º for 50 mins. Cut into squares and serve with apple sauce.
