1 can Campbells Cream of Chicken
1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom
2 cans Old El Paso Mild Chopped Green Chiles (optional hot)
1 cup of milk
Shredded rotisserie chicken or turkey
Tostitos Chips (round)
Kraft Colby Jack Shredded Cheese
1 small onion
2 gloves of garlic
Mushrooms
1 Tbsp Butter
Salt
Pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Sauce mixture: Chop onion and mushrooms and sauté in 1 tbsp of butter until onion is translucent. Chop garlic and add to mixture stirring for 1 minute. Add cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, milk, and green chiles to mixture. Mix until heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste.

In a casserole dish, place chips in single layer and top with shredded chicken (or turkey). Pour sauce over chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheese over sauce. If enough sauce is left over, repeat layer.

Bake casserole in oven until cheese is melted and dish is heated through. Optional: garnish with chopped cilantro, black olives, avocado slices or sour cream.
