1 C butter ice cold cut into pats
1/2 C milk
1/2 C ice cold water
1 tsp. salt
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
3 C flour- save a little for rolling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except butter well with hands. Rolling it out about 1/2 in thick and then folding it over about 7 times. On the last time place pats of butter on dough before folding it over and rolling it out again. Cut into 1 1/2 inch by 3 inch strips. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Top with melted butter and cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar.
