1 Tsp White Sugar
1 Cup Warm Water
1 Tbsp Yeast or 1 pkg
3 Cups Milk, Heated in microwave for 1 minute and then cooled
5 Cups Flour
6 Eggs, Beaten
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
1 Tbsp Salt
7-8 Cups Flour
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Water
Icing Sugar
Sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Sugar in Water and Sprinkle yeast over it. Let Stand 10 minutes.
Microwave milk and let cool.
In large bowl place 5 cups flour, make a well in center. Add in eggs, sugar, butter, salt and cooled milk. Mix well. Add flour 1 cup at a time and knead until smooth. Cover and let rise 1 1/2 hours in a warm place. Punch down and rise another 1 hour. Punch down and divide into 6 loaves (round or rectangular). Let rise 30 minutes.
Mix egg and water in a bowl. Brush on loaves. Bake at 350º for 35 mintues. cool.
Ice with icing sugar and top with sprinkles.
