9 Cups Water
3 Cups Vinegar
1/2 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cups Pickling Salt
3-4 Chili Peppers
3-4 Cloves Garlic
3-4 Sprigs Fresh Dill
Small Cucumbers, washed

Directions:
Directions:
To a large pot add water, vinegar, sugar and salt together. Bring to a boil and boil for about 3 minutes.
Place 1 sprig fresh dill along with cucumbers into 3 or 4 quart jars. Add 1 piece chili pepper and one piece garlic. Pour hot vinegar mixture over cucumbers until covered. Place lids on and set aside to seal.

Personal Notes:
I like to add hot water to jars to keep hot and boil the lids in hot water before filling. This will usually seal them. Otherwise you can put them in a canner to seal. Make sure jars and lids are clean.
