1 lb. raw, shelled shrimp
2/3 c. milk
1/8 t. paprika
1/4 t. salt
lemon juice
salt to taste
cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
combine milk, paprika and 1/4 t. salt. Soak shrimp in mixture for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt to taste; roll in cornmeal. Let shrimp dry on a rack for 15 minutes before frying in deep fat heated to 375º until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
